All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our haunted headquarters. Our crypt keepers work diligently to prepare your nightmare-inducing items for shipment.

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after shipping
    • Recommended for those who can’t wait to unleash the horror
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipping
    • Perfect for patient haunters building their collection
Note: We ship globally, but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, contact our horror experts before ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

When your horror purchase isn’t quite the nightmare you expected, our return policy ensures no ghoulish surprises. We understand that sometimes a terrifying treasure might not be the perfect fit for your haunted domain.

⚠️ Important Notice

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

The Return Ritual – Step by Step

  1. Contact Our Crypt Keepers: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Your Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Await Our Response: Our horror experts will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  5. Ship to Our Lair: Send the package to our haunted headquarters at:

Items That Cannot Be Returned to the Crypt

Some items in our collection are simply too terrifying to return once they’ve left our domain:

  • Opened Costume Makeup or Bloody/Gory Props – For health and safety reasons
  • Custom or Personalized Items – Created specifically for your nightmare
  • Intimate Costume Items – Including costume robes and similar wearables
  • Used Animatronics – Once they’ve been brought to life in your home
  • Seasonal Items – Purchased more than 30 days before major holidays

Refund Resurrection – Getting Your Gold Back

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Orders: Customs duties and international shipping costs cannot be refunded

Exchange Evocation – Trading Nightmares

Prefer a different item from our terrifying collection? We offer exchanges for:

  • Items of equal or greater value
  • Different sizes of the same product (when available)
  • Alternative products from our horrifying collection

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your horror goods arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.
